Item Description

Short set by Scott - missing 5R which was issued in 1989. Be careful with the 3R value- some listings may have incorrect stamp. Look for this: brown inscription (not black), and no date at bottom. Scott #728-730, catalog value $6.30. Stanley Gibbons #780-782.  Mint never hinged (MNH/MUH).  See photo of back of stamps.   Better photos or scans are available upon request, as sometimes the colors don't show correctly.  I have many other MNH Sri Lanka and Ceylon commemoratives, MS, and definitives  - just ask.
