NOTE: this one has some pen marks at upper left, so priced lower.  Stamps are not affected. The diagonal lines occur on all examples of this MS, from the paper/printing. Scott C60a, catalog value $6.00.  Mint never hinged (MNH / MUH). See photo of back of stamps.
