Set of two reductive cut cachet FDCs by cachet artist Sabrina Curtis for the 41c Auroras stamps issued Oct. 1, 2007, in Washington, DC. USPS rubber four bar FDoI cancels on both covers. Signed and numbered on face (98/110 and 90/110, respectively). Reductive cutting is an old and time intensive technique for transferring color from a single block of linoleum to various media. Sabrina and her cachet artist husband Dave Curtis have perfected the technique for FDC cachet art.
