Condition: Mint Never Hinged, No FlawsGrade: VF (Very Fine)
Hello! This auction is for a MINT NEVER HINGED Very Fine Block of 2 pairs of Scott #5137-40 from the Jack-O'-Lanterns issue of 2016. This block lacks horizontal die-cuts, so the vertical pairs of stamps are imperforate between. This block originates from a CONVERTIBLE BOOKLET uncut press sheet WITH Die-Cuts. These press sheets were produced in limited quantities by the USPS from 2013-2019. Scott recognizes these position pieces and acknowledges their existence with a footnote below each issue.The stamps are in excellent condition---there are no faults.
