Grade: VF (Very Fine)Very scarce offering of a "4-corners" set of matched plate blocks from Scott #PS13, the 1941 "America On Guard" 50c Postal Savings issue. Each block features the same plate number 22719 and represents the 4-corner positions from the original press sheet. Scott catalog value for each plate block is $32.50, $130 for the set of four with a premium for the matched plate numbers 4-corner set. What you see in the images is what you will receive.
