Condition:  Post office fresh mint 'set'  of the 4 different 25 cent value self adhesive computer vended postage stamps, from both Machine 82 & 83, from both the the Washington DC & Kensington, MD machines...from the Scott specialized catalog, these are and remain fully valid for postage, thus these are considered US postage stamps and not meters...these are rarely offered and this will make a wonderful addition to your collection...please also see the Scott specialized catalogue for additional information...One representative set is shown...a total of 4 stamps per set offered, and the Scott catalog value for each set is $20...
