Modern Rarity! Vintage and premium mint sheet of U.S. the 13c Airmail winged envelop issue with the Washington DC precancel. This sheet was intended only for use by the US Congress and very few were made available. The Bookman Mint Sheet catalog value for the pre-cancelled edition is $130, over 4 times the value of the regular sheet. The sheet is in mint condition, all never hinged. Great issue for the sheet collector, these over 60 year old complete sheets are very elusive. The sheet on the image is the one you will receive - NO STOCK IMAGES!.
