Here is a post office fresh plate block of four of the 6c DC-4 Skymaster airmail stamp, Scott C39b. You will receive a mint never hinged plate block of four with plate number 25421 on the lower left margin. The Durland PB catalog places a premium on this plate combination at $15.  This plate combination along with 25422 are the key plates to a complete collection. Is it missing from your collection?
