Grade: F/VF (Fine/Very Fine)Attractive plate block of the 1935 Mother's Day imperforate Special Printing issue. Known as "Farley's Follies", these special printing stamps were issued without gum in response to allegations that Postmaster James Farley gifted special printing stamp issues to political friends and colleagues.
