Here is a post office fresh example of the 10 cent Great Smokey Mountains stamp, Scott 749, from the National Parks commemorative issue of 1940. You will receive a mint never hinged plate block of six with plate number 21339 on the bottom margin. The pictured stamps are the stamps you will receive. Current Scott catalog lists this plate block at $30. Is it missing from your collection? Why not add it today?
