Item Description
Scott 704 Washington Bicentennial Block of 4 on Envelope - Used, Entire . This is an interesting envelope to say the least. Perhaps this unique piece has a place in someone's collection. I am speculating that the individual made his own first day cover and mailed it to himself on January 2, 1932. That was one day late since on January 1st there would have been no mail service in his city.Please Note: I charge a flat fee for mailing and handling. I do not increase fees for additional items.
