Hello! This auction is for a 2023 Mint Never Hinged (63c) Endangered Species Full pane of 20, CF and Genuine, Scott #5799 and #5799(CF?). As of Late 2023, This issue has not yet been listed in Scott's Specialized CF Catalogue but will likely be in the 2024 edition.The manufacturers of these CFs have dramatically increased quality by placing phosphorescent tagging in their most recent issues. For more details, see descriptive tabs in scan.The descriptive tabs WILL BE INCLUDED with your order.The stamps are mint, never hinged and have no flaws of any kind.
