This is a Scott #518 - $1 Violet Brown - Franklin - Used with Precancel - Set Off - 1917.
Back has a Set Off which occurs in flat plate printings when one sheet falls on top of another as it is ejected from the press, but the page under it still has wet ink. This is bolder when the ink is a very wet printing, such as seen in this example.
