Hello! This auction is for genuine (issued in 2017) and CF Mint Never Hinged 10c Red Pears sheet stamps. This CF sheet stamp was produced and sold in 2023. The USPS policy is that no stamp with a face value of less than 10c will have phosphorescent tagging. While the authentic sheet stamp is lightly tagged, the CF is HEAVILY tagged.The descriptive tabs noting other important differences WILL BE INCLUDED with your order.The stamps are mint, never hinged and have no flaws of any kind.
