Here is a post office fresh example of the 42 cent Flag coil, Scott 4240-4243 or 4243a. You will receive a mint never hinged plate strip of five with plate number V1111. This strip has a valley starting on the top left and a peak starting on the top right of each stamp, otherwise known as Valley/Peak variety. Current Scott catalog has shot up to $12.50 on this PNC5.
