Here is a post office fresh copy of the 42 cent Flag coil, Scott 4240-4243 or 4243a. You will receive a mint never hinged plate strip of five with plate number V1111. This strip has a valley starting on the top left and a peak starting on the top right of each stamp, otherwise known as Valley/Peak variety. Current Scott catalog has shot up to $12.50 on this PNC5. Please note the backing has been pulled away at the ends of the strip exposing the gum (mentioned for accuracy). Is it missing from your collection? Why not add it today?
