Item Description

Here is a post office fresh copy of the 39 cent Lady Liberty with flag coil, Scott 3983. You will receive a mint never hinged plate number strip of five in a strip of seven with plate number V1111. This variety has a peak start on the left of the stamp and valley start on the right, or a peak/valley variety. This is also the end of the coil roll which explains the wavy die cut on the right side of the right most stamp. The pictured stamps are the stamps you will receive.
