Here is a post office fresh example of the 10 cent New York City Library Lion Presorted Standard (Std) coil, Scott 3769. You will receive a mint never hinged plate number strip of seven with plate number S11111. This plate strip also has a pink 3-digit back number low on the stamp for a # on # hit. The PNC3 catalog places a value of $4.50 on a PNC5.
