Item Description

Here is a post office fresh example of the 37 cent Waving Flag coil, Scott 3631. You will receive a mint never hinged plate number strip of five with plate number S1111.  This is the small hole variety.  This strip has an added bonus of having the back control number directly behind the plate number stamp for a # on # hit.  This control number is a 4-digit pink control number which is at the bottom of the strip.  The PNC3 pricing guide lists this variety at $11.75.  There are two strips shown to illustrate the front and back of the strip, but ONLY ONE strip is included with this auction.  Good luck bidding and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.  PNC3 life member.
