Here are post office fresh examples of the 32 cent Flag over Porch coil, Scott 2913. You will receive seventeen mint never hinged plate number strips of five with every plate number combination known on this issues. You will receive all three shiny gum plate combinations and the remainder are low gloss gum plate combinations. You even have both the thin and fat 22222 combinations.
