With the postal rate change on January 1st, 1995 came a slew of new rate change stamps with the G designation. This example was for the First Class rate which changed from 29 cents to 32 cents. Two varieties were issued in sheet format. Scott 2881 has a black G while Scott 2882 has a red G. This auction is for Scott 2881, the 32 cent Black G First Class rate stamp. You will receive a mint never hinged plate block strip of twenty with plate number 1111 on the upper left margin. The pictured stamps are the stamps you will receive.
