With the postal rate change on January 1st, 1995 came a slew of new rate change stamps with the G designation. Four varieties were issued in sheet format. Scott 2879 and 2880 were issued for the post card rate of 20 cents while Scott 2881 and 2882 were issued for the new first class rate of 32 cents. Scott 2879 and 2881 have a black G while Scott 2880 and 2882 have a red G. This auction is for all four rate change sheet stamps. You will receive mint never hinged plate blocks of twenty stamps of each variety. The pictured stamps are the stamps you will receive. These definitives continues to rise in value.
