Here is a nice long strip of twelve of the 29c Christmas Greetings coil, Scott 2799a. These strips were issued from Kansas City in coil format and were used to service first day covers. They were offered through the Philatelic Catalogue in strips of twelve. This particular strip has been folded once as issued. The plate number is on the fourth stamp from the left in the picture. Face value on the strip is $3.48 with a plate strip of eight cataloging at $12.00. Total catalogue value on this strip is $14.60. Are these coils missing from your collection? Why not add them today?
