Grade: VF (Very Fine)
A very unique strip of 9 of Scott #2609a, the 29c Flag over White House IMPERF issue of 1992. The strip of nine stamps is imperforate visibly from the front. A very close examination of the back shows two areas with extremely faint blind perf marks that barely touch the gum, not even all the way from top to bottom of the stamp, and are not visible from the front. To some collectors, the blind perfs add to the value, to others the blind perfs detract from the value. The two area with blind perfs are marked on the second image, and a close-up, angled third image shows the them as best as my camera can do. Scott Catalog value for the 2609a is $15 per pair, with a pair being required to ensure that it is a true imperf.
