Here is a mint never hinged collection of the fourth and final set of twelve coils released in the transportation coil series. The TRANSPORTATION SERIES is the largest and longest lasting coil series in US history. It started in 1981 and finished up in 1995 with four different Scott catalog number runs (see my other auctions). The fourth release includes eight different designs from Scott 2451 - 4 cent Steam Carriage - through to Scott 2468 - one dollar Seaplane. This set includes a mint never hinged single of all eight different designs along with their gum, color, or tagging cousins for a total of 12 different singles (see my other auctions if looking for different sets).
