Here is a post office fresh copy of the 25 cent Flag over Yosemite coil, Scott 2280. You will receive a mint never hinged plate number strip of five with plate number 1. This is the block tag variety. This strip is also missing the bar under the number 1, so the plate number simply looks like a straight line with the serif at top.
