Here is a post office fresh example of the 5 dollar Bret Harte stamp, Scott 2196b, from the second issue of the Great Americans definitive series. You will receive a mint never hinged plate block of four with plate number 2 on the upper right margin. This is the overall tag variety with dull gum.
