Here is a post office fresh plate block of four of the 5 dollar Bret Harte stamp, Scott 2196b, from the second issue of the Great Americans definitive series. You will receive a mint never hinged plate block of four with plate number 2 on the lower left margin. This is the solid tag variety. The pictured plate block is the plate block you will receive.
