Here is a post office fresh example of the 40 cent Claire Chennault stamp, Scott 2187, from the second issue of the Great Americans definitive series. You will receive a mint never hinged plate block of twenty with plate number 1 on the left or right margin. This is the dull gum, overall tagged variety. There are multiple blocks pictured.
