Here are post office fresh examples of the 3 cent Paul Dudley White MD stamp, Scott 2170, from the second issue of the Great Americans definitive series. You will receive FOUR mint never hinged plate blocks of twenty with plate number 1 on each of the four positions (upper left, upper right, lower left, and lower right).  This is the dull gum, block tag variety.  The pictured plate blocks are the plate blocks you will receive.  If matched sets are your thing, then this auction is for you.  If you only need one plate strip of twenty, please contact me for availability.  Good luck bidding and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.
