Here is a post office fresh example of the precanceled 12 cent Stanley Steamer, Scott 2132a, from the transportation coil series. You will receive a mint never hinged plate number strip of five with plate number 1. There is no gap in the precancel lines. The PNC3 pricing guide lists this variety at $5.
