Here is a post office fresh copy of the precanceled 3.4 cent School Bus, Scott 2123a, from the transportation coil series. You will receive a mint never hinged plate number strip of five with plate number 2. This example has a gap in the precancel line at the 1R position or one stamp to the right of the plate number stamp. This strip also exhibits a constant plate variety (CPV) of a missing period after "ORG" on the right most stamp. This variety is sought after by some specialists.
