Item Description

Here is a mint never hinged collection of the second set of 28 coils released in the transportation coil series. The TRANSPORTATION SERIES is the largest and longest lasting coil series in US history. It started in 1981 and finished up in 1995 with four different Scott catalog number runs (see my other auctions). The second release includes fourteen different designs from Scott 2123 - 3.4 cent School Bus - through to Scott 2136 - 25 cent Bread Wagon. This set includes a mint never hinged single of all fourteen different designs along with their precancel or tagging variety cousins for a total of 28 different singles (see my other auctions if looking for different sets).
