Hello! This is an auction for 2 Plate number strips of 5: Scott #2115 Plate #2 and the SCARCE 2115b Plate # 2, the Flag over Capitol Dome 22c Regular issue of 1985. Scott #2115a is the "regular" variety and has WIDE Block tagging (19mm x 21.5mm). Scott 2115b is the scarce Wide and Tall Block tagging variety (19.5mm x 23mm) and originates from the "D" Press. A 2018 (3/14/2018) PSE certificate accompanies the strip. It grades the strip as XF-Superb 95, OGnh.2024 Scott Catalog values for 2115, #2 is $3.00 and for the 2115b in the grade of VF 80 is $225.00.
