Scott 206, Used, with a scarcer 6.5mm Hoover Type C Precancel, odd cut left/right edges for stamp separation. Only Scott 156 listed in Souder (Postal History and Usage of 1907 and Earlier Precancels), and these were used in Cleveland, Ohio on Clark's Almanac to advertise Clark's Anti-bilious Compound.
