Here are post office fresh examples of the 20 cent Consumer Education coil, Scott 2005. You will receive four mint never hinged plate number strips of five with plate numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4.  A COMPLETE set.  These examples are very nicely centered and would look nice in any collection.  Current Scott catalog value on these strips is $40 each for a total of $160.  Are they missing from your collection?  Why not add them today?
