Item Description

Condition: Fresh and nice appearing unused, no gum strip of 3 with original PF cert signed by Mortimer Neinkin as shown...the strip clearly has issues, mostly with the left stamp that has a crease and tear, and small issues with the other 2 stamps...faint pencil plating on back in pencil that I cannot completely make out...still a worthwhile item for the specialist in this field...please see pics and cert for details...
