This collection includes all precancel types for all plate numbers represented in the Scott National Album--see above scan for type descriptions and corresponding plate numbers. See below for details about presence and location of precancel gaps on individual strips and values. Total catalogue value for the 15 strips is $358.00All strips have been hand-selected for centering and integrity. All are Very Fine or better.These plate number strips of five are fault-free and all are mint, never hinged. The above scan represents a stock scan, but the strips that you will receive will be of the same high quality.
