Here is a post office fresh example of the 17 cent precancelled Electric Auto coil, Scott 1906a, from the first release of the transportation coil series. You will a mint never hinged plate number coil strip of five with plate number 4C on the center stamp. This strip has a gap in the precancel lines one stamp to the right of the plate # stamp for a one right (1R) gap position. The PNC3 catalog list this PNC strip at $10.50.
