Here is a post office fresh example of the 17 cent precancelled Electric Auto coil, Scott 1906a, from the first release of the transportation coil series. You will receive the pictured mint never hinged plate number coil strip of five with plate number 3C on the center stamp. This strip has a gap in the precancel lines at the three left position or very far left end of the strip. The PNC3 catalog list this PNC strip at $14. Is it missing from your collection?
