Item Description

Here is a nice plate number coil strip of the 10.9 cent Hansom Cab coil, Scott 1904a, from the first release of the transportation coil series.  You will receive a mint never hinged plate strip of six with plate number 4. This strip has a gap in the precancel lines at the line position. Please note, there is some slight ink transfer on the gum (mentioned for accuracy). Current Scott catalog lists this plate number strip at $200, while the PNC3 pricing guide gives this gap position a premium to $342.50.  Is it missing from your collection?  Why not add it today?  The pictured strip is the strip you will receive.
