Here is a beautiful example of the precanceled 10.9 cent Hansom Cab, Scott 1904a, from the transportation coil series. This mint never hinged plate number coil strip of five has plate number 1. This strip has no gap in the precanceled lines which is fairly rare compared to the line gap variety. The PNC3 catalogue lists this variety at $78.
