Item Description
Here is a post office fresh example of the precancelled 9.3 cent Mail Wagon, Scott 1903a, from the transportation coil series. You will receive a mint never hinged plate number strip of eight with plate number 3. This strip also has a break in the precancelled bars at the 1 right position, giving it a PNC3 catalogue value of $40. These strips are straight off the roll, so I had to use my stamp tongs to hold them flat. The perfs at either end are clean without any short perfs (sorry the picture isn't that obvious).
