Here is a post office fresh example of the precanceled 5.9 cent Bicycle, Scott 1901a, from the first release of the transportation coil series. You will receive a mint never hinged plate number strip of five with the elusive plate number 5. There is a gap in the precanceled lines at the line position making it a line gap variety.
