Here is a COMPLETE collection of the 5.9 cent Bicycle coil, Scott 1901, from the first release of the transportation coil series. You will receive two different mint never hinged plate number coil strips of five with plate numbers 3 and 4. This represents every plate combination released on this issue (with the exception of the precancelled varieties). Are they missing from your collection? Why not add them today?
