Here are post office fresh examples of the 30 cent Frank C. Laubach stamp, Scott 1864, 1864a, and 1864b, from the Great Americans definitive series. You will receive a mint never hinged example of each of the varieties on this issue. Scott 1864 is the small block tag example. Scott 1864a is the perf 11.2 large block tag variety. Scott 1864b is the perf 11.2 example with overall tagging.
