Here are post office fresh examples of the 20 cent Harry S. Truman stamp, Scott 1862b, from the first issue of the Great Americans definitive series. You will receive four mint never hinged plate block of four with plate number 3 in each of the four plate positions (upper left, upper right, lower left, lower right).
