Here are post office fresh examples of the 20 cent Harry S. Truman stamp, Scott 1862, 1862a, 1862b and 1862d, from the first release of the Great Americans definitive series. You will receive a mint never hinged example of each of the varieties on this issue. Scott 1862 is the perf 10.9 small block tag example. Scott 1862a is the 11.2 perf large block tag variety. Scott 1862b is the perf 11.2 example with overall tagging. And the Scott 1856d is the mottled tag variety with shiny gum.
