Here is a beautiful collection of commemorative plate blocks from the 13 cent denomination. This covers the years 1976 through 1978. You will receive the pictured mint never hinged collection of 26 plate blocks. This collection is complete for the 13 cent denomination for all plate blocks in excess of a block of four. Meaning if the issue was released with a PB4, then it will not be here. Only those issues with plate blocks greater than 4 are included here.
