Here is a post office fresh copy of the 3.1 cent precanceled Guitar coil, Scott 1613a, from the Americana series. You will receive a mint never hinged line pair with dull gum. This line pair also has a partial plate number showing at the bottom of each stamp. This is sought after by some specialists. The centering is shown in the picture. Only ONE line pair is included with this auction even though two are shown. 2010 Scott catalogue value on this line pair is $7.00.
